Social Distancing Daily Zoom Workouts

  • I have created a daily online group fitness program that combines strength training & HIIT over the course of 3 days each week working all 5 major muscle groups (chest, back, legs, shoulders & arms). 
  • Monday & Wednesday at 5:30pm
  • Fridays at 12:00pm, Noon.  
  • “Basic” equipment is used such as light and medium weighted dumbbells, resistance bands (tube, mini, flat etc), box/stool/stairs, couch/ottoman, broom sticks, yoga mat and of course body weight.

1st session is Free – no commitment
$12.00 individual session
$40.00 for 1 week (access to 5 sessions)
Monthly Membership* starting at:

$90.00 for 1 month with access to 3 session per week

$120.00 for 1 month with access to 4 sessions per week

$150.00 for 1 month with access to 6 sessions per week week

*Monthly Membership payments are due on the 1st of each month.
